Item/s will be securely sent by courier no longer than 5 days after purchase.

Other postage options available are by regular bulgarian postal service this option will take 10-14 days for delivery to arrive with the customer, please contact us about shipping costs for this method.

Any item found to have damage to packaging must be checked and reported o the couriers documentation, please check item for damage and return with the courier if necessary.

We will not accept any returns that have been signed for and then later notifying us of any damage.

Our products will only be sold to Europe and UK unless prior arrangements are made via email.
